corruption of officails of uttar pradesh social welfare

respected sir / madam

I wish to bring this to your kind notice that i am a social worker &
RTI activist associated with all known lucknow based RTI associations.
Since most of my RTI applications unearthed the corruption of uttar
pradesh social welfare department so officials of uttar pradesh social
welfare conspired to implicate my husband sri sanjay sharma in a false
and fabricated SC/ST act case.

for this purpose letter no. 2210/26-1-08-2(33)/2008 dtd. 24-07-08 was
written by the government,it got forwarded by letter no. 794 dtd
29-07-08 of the directorate of social welfare of uttar pradesh
alonwith two letters of students dated 17-01-2007 & 19-09-07.
a look at the letters of students dated 17-01-2007 & 19-09-07 would
reveal that these letters are fabricated ones as all the signatures
have been made by one or two persons in the names of students.It is
noteworthy here that no explanation has ever been called from my
husband on these letters of students dated 17-01-2007 & 19-09-07
.F.I.R. no. 342/08 has been filed against my husband in thana kakori
on 31-07-08.

The covering letter for filing of F.I.R. is shown to be written by sri
A.K.Bajpai on 30 - 07 - 2008 . As per my sources A. K. Bajpai was in
Bombay ( Maharashtra ) on 30-07-08 and came back to lucknow by Pushpak
Express on 04-08-08 .So how can he sign a letter on 30 -07 -2007.

please find attached two letters as warden.jpg-1428kb and
students.jpg-1364kb , one from the students of the institute written
to S.S.P. Lucknow on 14-08-08 and the other one written by the warden
of the instiyute sri deepchand to the procter of the institute . These
two attached letters would make it clear that one Pawan kumar Mishra
is applying pressure on students to give false statement against my
husband.

I request you to

(1) get the forensic test of letters of students dated 17-01-2007 &
19-09-07 be done to ascertain their genuineness because on the basis
of these letters the government has passed orders to lodge FIR against
my husband

(2) F. I. R. be lodged against pawan kumar mishra for entering the
hostel premices in an unauthorised way to pressurise the students to
give false statement against my husband
( Pawan kumar mishra is illegally appointed due to corrupt officials
of the department and as per service rules does not hold requisite
qualification for any of the posts in the department , a fact i
revealed thru use of RTI , so he is trying to implicate my husband in
false n fabricated case )

(3) inquiry be done to ascertain that on 30-07-08 , how A. K. Bajpai
signed the letter while being in Bombay

(4) CB-CID inquiry be constituted in F.I.R. no. 342/08 of thana kakori
taking into consideration all the material facts .

hope a positive response so that no injustice is done to me and my family.
